Absolutely! We’ve got runners of all levels, from brisk walkers to seasoned sprinters.
Our main Saturday run is around 4 km conversational pace, perfect for chatting and coffee after. Midweek runs are shorter (2–3 km) with optional breathwork or ice baths for recovery.
Just comfy running shoes, weather-appropriate clothes, and a smile. Optional: water bottle, running watch, or headphones if you like music.
We always share the start/finish point in advance. Example: Surf House Dubai for Saturday runs, Heal Hub, Kite Beach for midweek resets. Check our WhatsApp or Instagram for updates.
Plan to be there 10–15 minutes early so we can start on time. Saturday runs start at 7:30 AM (arrive by 7:15 AM), midweek runs start at 6:30 AM (arrive by 6:15 AM).
