Every Wednesday morning, the Playbook Run Club community meets at Heals Hub for a laid-back session designed to reset your week. This isa mix of movement, breathwork, yoga, and optional ice bath recovery — perfect for slowing down, reconnecting, and setting a positive tone for the rest of your week.

Why Midweek Reset

Midweek Reset is all about mindful movement and recovery. Unlike a traditional run, this session focuses on:

  • Gentle     yoga to loosen up tight muscles
  • Breathwork     to calm the mind
  • Optional     ice bath to invigorate your body and aid recovery
  • Deeper     conversations and connection with the community

  • Guidance     on proper breathwork and recovery techniques
